"Pearson Brothers just finished a complete overhaul of my bathroom and it looks amazing! It's rare to find builders who deliver outstanding craftsmanship while also being punctual and respectful of your home. They completed the project right on schedule. I’m thrilled with the result—5 stars!"

I had acquired the Pearson Brothers Builder services for Studio Apartment build, they provided me the details estimation and was open and honest about the what building material client need to provide and what builder will provide.
During the build phase they made a gradual progress and kept me informed with progress and found quick and good solution for the issues faced during building. They provided a good solution for difficult drainage system and satisfied building reg concerns.
The build was on budget and reasonably on time. I found them honest, flexible and easy to work. Fully Recommended.

5-Star Review for Sanjay Giri and Sukha Singh

I am extremely pleased with the outstanding work carried out by Sanjay Giri and Sukha Singh on my home. They completed a 53m² underfloor heating installation with beautiful tile flooring, a brand new kitchen, a new staircase, and a rear extension.

Both Sanjay and Sukha proved to be incredibly reliable and trustworthy throughout the entire project. Unlike a previous experience where another builder took my money and disappeared, these two were honest, professional, and always delivered on their promises. The work was completed on time and to a very high standard.

I highly recommend their services to anyone looking for quality construction work and wish them all the best in their business.

It was a pleasure to work with Sanjay and his team for full refurb work in my house. They used their experience to guide me best way forward in how to do the works and choosing specific materials for painting, flooring and fittings. They never stopped working (some builders leave current work for fast money else where) and attended on weekends to complete specific work. Sanjay even helped receive several appliances outside his contract and made sure all were fitted correctly. I am using Sanjay again for other works.

I cannot recommend Mr Sanjay and Peason brother builders enough! When we bought our house at auction it was nothing but a brick shell. Mr Sanjay and his team converted this shell into a lovely modern home. The project was extremely hard as they had to do everything from scratch. New roof, new utilities connections, new insulation (floor, external, roof), full electrics, full plumbing, new bathrooms, new kitchens, flooring, plastering, you name it, they’ve done it all on this project for us. Nothing short of excellent work and passionate hard work. Mr Sanjay and his team are very hard workers and do the project as if it’s their own home. They value trust and integrity more than anything else. Even when things got difficult for them, they promised to stay with me to get the job done. They will never let you down! I wish them all the best and happy for anyone interested to see their work to come and visit my property. Thank you team!

Pearson Brothers have done a lot of jobs following our move to Sunbury in Jan 2023.
These include:
: Removing concrete seats and planters
: Adding additional paving slabs for a shed base
: Boarding out a loft area
: Demolishing and making good a fireplace
In each case their work was quick, professional and of a very high standard. The workplace was always left clean and tidy and the team were friendly and approachable to answer questions.
When heavy rain made the new paving slabs sink they returned quickly to re provide a level base.
In short, I recommend this company without hesitation.
